Grabitech is currently working
on an implementation project of a new
CRM-system.The implementation is done for a company in the process industry. The project goal is to have the new CRM-system up and
running at the end of 2001. Grabitech's work consists of system development,
documentation of business processes and development of training material.
Market analysis (Länsstyrelsen,
Västernorrland, Sweden), Jan 2001 - Mar 2001
Grabitech conducted a market analysis regarding the potential market for wood
based panels in Europe. The analysis was based on production capacity,
consumption statistics and planned new board plants throughout Europe.
Project Management training
(Örnsköldsvik, Sweden), Fall 2000
Grabitech conducted an appreciated Project Management course in Örnsköldsvik,
during Fall 2000.
Telephony Pilot Project, UPC
(Stockholm, Sweden), June 2000 - Jan 2001
Grabitech
managed the telephony pilot project
prior to the commercial launch of telephony in UPCs broadband network. The
project included technical platform, operational processes and marketing in
order to be able to deliver telephony in UPCs CATV network.
